TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Refunds are only refunded if shed hasn’t been started.

Sheds are Merlin’s property until erected or delivered to customer.

50% non refundable deposit required. 

If customer cancels order when shed has been made no refund will be given.

Partial refunds can be offered after time lost and money costs have been calculated.

If shed is sellable (ie standard design size) then a refund will be given for sale price over a period determined by myself.
